We have built bespoke digital spaces for our teams in our London Digital Garage, Norwich, Bristol, and Sheffield.

Our collaborative scrum teams are made up of an exceptional mix of digital experts and innovators from a wide range of industries. We craft brand new experiences, small changes to existing products as well as investing in maintaining our existing products.
We are now looking for a number of Junior Technical Product Owners/Domain Owners to join the Integration and API team within our Digital organisation, working with the existing Platform or Domains scrum teams to help shape and manage the RESTful APIs that will underpin both ours and our partners’ digital applications.
Our Domains include Pensions, Annuities, Funds, Bonds, Health, Protection and GI, plus an emerging Banking team.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing vision and governance within one or more minor domain(s).
- Deputising for Senior Domain Owner
- Owning the software architecture, software and related artefacts for that domain
- Being a recognised domain expert and point of contact
- Seeking opportunities to continuously improve the domain and drive acceptance across the domain owners.
- Engaging with key stakeholders and understand the business strategy for the domain, and align with this strategy.
- Supporting API Designers within the product domain
We’re particularly interested in talking to people with:
- Previous Aviva experience of 5+ years in any of the listed domains who wants to move into a digital career. We can provide the relevant technology training if you bring the business systems knowledge.
The right candidate would have:
- Consultancy, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience of working in large teams within Aviva’s Change, Project management or Design and Analyst functions.
