37.5 HRS PER WEEK - PRESTON BROOK - on going role
Working between 8am-8pm 5/7 days per week
MINIMUM PAYMENT£315.00 PER WEEK
We are currently recruiting SUPPORT SERVICE ADVISERS with the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service. This is an interesting role which is a combination of telephone work and administration.
Ability to deal with both back-office and possible telephony customer queries through a variety of channels including SMS, Telephony and Post within an agile environment.successful candidates must have the ability to apply technical and process knowledge and manage customer requests effectively to meet the desired outcome. Flexibility will be key having the ability to meet varying operational demands and activities as required, including complaint handling & customer query resolution whilst ensuring all regulatory procedures and service standards are followed.
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Able to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently
- Demonstrates a high level of detail in relation to producing or reviewing written / numerical information and effective task completion
- Able to evidence effective written communication skills through customer correspondence
- Able to work at speed whilst maintaining quality and accuracy standards
- Able to organise and manage own workload to meet targets and strict deadlines -handling an active caseload of work which includes simultaneously dealing with a number of cases
- Able to demonstrate a confident and customer focused telephone manner
