Sous Chef – Christchurch – 4* Hotel - £27k- £28k + Tips


The role:


Sous Chef required for this international 4* Hotel group who have a world famous brand name. They are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for their corporate and leisure based hotel in Christchurch.


Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Assist the Senior & Junior chefs

What you need to get the job:

 

 

  • Experience at Junior Sous level or above
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3 or Equivalent but not essential.
  • Passionate about food
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level

 


The Reward:

 

 

  • £27k - £28k per hour annum on minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Share of tips, meals on duty
