The responsibilities of this role include:
- Undertaking general caretaking duties including; cleaning communal areas, removing waste from gardens and basic on site repairs
- General maintenance including changing light bulbs and moving furniture to designated areas
- Seeking to identify faults, resolve issues and improve services
- Completing all documents and paperwork concerning completed tasks
- Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained to a suitable condition
- Working with other teams to provide extra support if required
The requirements and skills for this role are:
- An enhanced DBS
- Having experience in a caretaking role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work on your own initiative with a flexible nature
