Retail Sales Support Administrator required for an exciting opportunity based in Basingstoke for a technology distribution organisation on a full time basis. 

9am-6pm Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
£10.10 per hour

The Retail Sales Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the retail customers ensuring that all administration and orders are executed on time in full, meeting customer SLA’s.

Job Role Description
  • Provide administrative support to retail customers
  • Accurate execution of all processes linked to sales order processing
  • Fulfilment of order/stock management to ensure that customer delivery dates are achieved
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of customer order amendments & cancellations
  • Completing any ad hoc tasks as directed by line manager
  • Managing/prioritising daily workload and supporting team in their duties if/where necessary
  • Show consistency and accuracy throughout all working
