To work alongside The Executive Chef and the Operations Director, to ensure that hospitality and service are always at the fore front of the team’s minds.

Desirable skills and experience
- Previous experience working in 2-3 rosette background
- 1-2 years’ experience as assistant head of department
- Microsoft office competent
- Previous experience in managing small and diverse teams
- Experience in managing P&L’s
- Previous rosette experience would be ideal
