This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Business Consultancy to help develop a team of permanent and contract IT and business change professionals. We are offering flexible home working with competitive basic salary and profit share.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in finding and placing low-churn candidates within a technical business consultancy setting.

About the role:

·         Business Development:

o   Identifying new business opportunities & generate leads

o   Build and develop relationships with new end clients and recruitment agencies

·         Identify & Qualify:

o   Work with the business owners to build target resource profile for each role

o   Source and approach potential candidates (phone, email, social media) assessing their suitability against specific business requirements

·         Resource:

o   Utilise job boards and social media to find high quality professionals within niche market area

·         Market Research:

o   Review the contractor market to identify opportunities and industry specific roles

o   Networking, reading blogs, reports and keeping up to date with the industry news

Essential skills:

·         Must be highly motivated and be able to work autonomously (we don’t believe in Micro-management)

·         Strong work ethic including being able and willing to work flexible hours to suit your own and the business schedule 

·         Must have a minimum of 12 months experience of working in IT Recruitment and proven billing records

·         Strong rapport building skills and ability to ‘mirror match' when speaking with clients and candidates

·         Ability to screen and qualify potential candidates

·         Experience of using multiple sourcing channels, LinkedIn , social media platforms and referrals

·         Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Customer focused approach

·         Confident relationship builder

·         Good commercial awareness and understanding of Technology and Business Change recruitment

·         Excellent communication skills – must be able to confidently communicate with clients and candidates at all levels

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
