Your role is to provide the general public with a positive customer experience during planned railway improvement works. You will be expected to provide clear information to customers including; journey information, location of station facilities, location of rail replacement buses and general ad-hoc information.
You will be seen as the face of the company and are therefore expected to provide a calm and polite approach, whilst helping to deliver the best possible customer experience. Luggage handlers are expected to be proactive in identifying customers who may require assistance.
Location: Westbury Train Station
Pay Rate: Monday to Friday - £10.00 per hour & Saturdays & Sundays - £10.50 Per Hour (New Year’s Day £12.50)
Shifts Available: 07.30-14.30, 10.30-18.30, 14.30-20.30
Duration: 23rd December 2018 to 4th January 2019
Uniform Required for this role:
- White Long Sleeved Shirt
- Black Trousers
- Black Safety Boots/Shoes
- Dark Coloured Tie for Male Staff or Dark coloured Scarf for Female staff)
- Blue Arrow Lanyard with ID badge
- The Client will then provide a Hi-Viz Vest
- As the site maybe cold and also most of the roles are outside, you may wish to take warm & waterproof clothing with you as the client is unable to provide coats for this project.
