- Assisting the office manager dealing with the market force ( complaints log)
- Info box management and answering customer enquires
- Processing complaints
- Meeting and greeting visitors making tea/coffee/
- Arranging charitable donations
- Issues vouchers out to restaurants/ customers etc
- Birthday’s for the office/ organize cake and cards
- Assisting the office manager on any ad hoc projects
