I am currently looking for a dedicated, organised Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team, at this beautiful countryside hotel near Honiton.

A Junior Sous Chef role like no other. You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen gardens and the local area which can change by the hour.
It can be challenging at times but very rewarding.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Be running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef & Sous chef.
- Helping to manage all aspects of the kitchen.
- Overseeing sections.
- Stock take.
- Maintaining standards.
- Daily health and safety checks.
- Managing and motivating the rest of the team.
- We want a junior sous chef to be passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food.
Experience in a similar role is essential as is your own transport due to the hotel being in a rural location.
The annual salary is £25,500 with the addition of points based service charge.
