In this exciting and evolving role you’ll work closely across various IT support teams to ensure an effective delivery of 1st and 2nd line IT support. Working on our innovative Service Bars and as a Deskside engineer you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to colleagues in our City and Hoxton based offices.
You’ll resolve technical issues, take ownership of Requests to completion, and liaise with 3rd parties and our internal solution providers.
You will also provide IT help and support to our London based investment teams and colleagues in satellite offices across Europe and Asia.
The successful candidate will be a team player with outstanding customer service skills and will have experience of working in a fast paced, demanding environment. In addition you’ll have experience in the following:
- Windows 7 and 10
- Microsoft Outlook 2010 & 2016
- Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of network protocols
- Mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Blackberrys)
- Mobility / VPN technologies
- Remote desktop support tools
- Audio Visual support (desirable)
- Exposure to trading platforms eg. Bloomberg (desirable)
