We are currently recruiting a team of CALL CENTRE operators. As part of the Front-line team, you will primarily handle inbound service enquiries via phone – customers will enquire about various services and your role will be to input customer details onto the system, and post/email the enquiry out to them within the same day.
You will be based in SPEKE LIVERPOOL
This role demands a high level of customer service – in addition to this you will be articulate in your organisation, efficient in your approach and engage with the customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
You will have worked previously in an environment heavily focused on delivering great customer service and now looking for a fresh challenge to showcase your key customer service skills.
The role has FIXED HOURS – between 8am - 10pm
