We are looking for a conscientious, resourceful and people-oriented individual to join our team playing an important part in achieving the organisations strategy. BCUSU scored the highest staff engagement score in the students’ union sector and we wish to build on this? This will be possible through your ability to influence the people strategy and to support and manage change. You will be laying the foundations for how we work with our people across the whole organisation. You will contribute to making our continued growth possible!
You will report to the Head of Central Services and be responsible for driving culture change by leading the strategic development of all HR support functions, which select, develop and retain the right people needed to meet the objectives of the organisation. You will also be responsible for embedding our values and behaviours to establish a high performance culture, which is empowering and motivational for all staff and volunteers.
27.5 hrs. pw - flexible working week will be considered
