Located 5 min walk from Cannon street mainline station/ Bank underground.
The position is initially temporary until the end of the year, however could lead to permanent for the right person (normally offered permanent after the first 3 months)
To join a team of professional call handlers, assisting clients with employee benefit related enquires.
This position would suit you if you are quick to pick up systems and processes and maintain excellent customer services whilst answering in coming calls.
You will be given training, however the position would benefit if you have experience of working within employee benefits or Human resources and used to working with different databases.
The environment is a professional financial. The role is subject to a credit check.
