Looking for experienced Commi Chefs used to working with 100% fresh food – to work for clients in hospiatlity and catering in the Bedford Area
- At least 1 years’ experience cooking within a similar environment.
- Ordering, rotating and controlling stock
- Health and Safety compliance – food hygiene regulations
- Maintain HACCP systems
- Control of allergens
- Fantastic customer service
- Level 2 minimum food desired but not essential.
- A team player
