This role is “mission critical” in managing the on boarding process of Departments into the GPA. The role is accountable for the on boarding of 16 departments, their ALB’s and partner organisations over the 3-year period.
Manage the departmental on boarding process end to end, through leading the on boarding team, seven work streams and 3rd party supplier.
Work with Client Directors to manage the stakeholder engagement process, and commence negotiation and agreement of the transfer of property assets, estate services, associated contracts and lease
Identify the scope of the assets, occupancies, tenants and services to be transferred. Lead all legal, property, financial, and health & safety compliance, and valuation due diligence processes.
Ensure that data sets are accurate and complete to avoid the adoption of unknown liabilities. Support Client Directors to effectively shape and develop the retained Intelligent Client Function within transferring departments. Implement all transition agreements including, Managed Service Agreements, Terms of Occupation, Managed Agency Agreements, interdepartmental transfer notes, contract novations and 5 Year client portfolio plans. Lead the financial and asset management cut over processes with the 3rd party supplier to ensure all property asset management and financial workflows are in place.
Work closely with the Operations Director for the transfer of assets into the GPA operations business as usual processes. Conduct final readiness review and recommendation to the GPA board to proceed to transfer.
Work with Client Directors and the GPA Operations directorate on stakeholder engagement with non on boarding departments whom will be occupying space in properties managed by GPA.
