Customer Service Advisor
Location: Darwen
Pay: £8.20 per hour, paid weekly
Full time hours 37.5hrs per week
Hours: Rota hours Monday – Friday between 08:30 & 19:00 plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Ongoing temporary contract


We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work in a call centre as a Customer Service Advisor with one of our clients based in Darwen who is the UK’s leading provider of business process outsourcing and integrated professional services!


The Role:

The Customer Service Advisor will take incoming calls from customers with varied requests about TV licences from setting up a new licence or advising us of a change of address to asking questions regarding policies and regulations.

You will be responsible for accurately capturing data and entering it on to the relevant systems to ensure customer details are kept up-to-date and providing a quality service to achieve first time resolution while promoting the legal requirements for a TV Licence.

Full training will be provided which applicants must be able to commit to.


Requirements:

* Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills

* Be customer focused

* Computer literate

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Able to work towards agreed targets

* Experience within a Customer Service role is essential

* Previous Contact Centre experience would be an advantage

This role is initially offered through Blue Arrow on a 3 months temporary basis working 37.5hrs per week and could offer longer term opportunities for the right candidate.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment vetting that includes a criminality check, financial probity check and journalism background check.
