The role:

My client is a National Insurance  company looking to employ 6 admin support staff to support in the Newcastle Contact centre.  

Joining the insurance admin team, you’ll provide a world-class customer service, via all communication genres including e-mail, white mail, system delivered prompts and exception reports, & also via conversation with our customers. 

 

Every day you will handle enquiries for and from our customers via both internal and external routes including telephone, post and e-mail. You’ll also correspond with underwriters and our front line service teams responsible for our motor insurance product. We’ll train you fully, so you’ve got all the expertise and knowledge you need to handle any query or complaint. 

 

Highly motivated and dedicated to providing great customer service, you have a brilliant eye for detail. You’re a brilliant communicator both written & oral, with experience of Outlook, Word & Excel, in addition an appreciation of email etiquette. Crucially, you love learning new skills, working within a vibrant team environment, and you're keen to make the most of every opportunity to develop and make a difference. 

 

Working hours will be 37.5 per week between the hours of 8am-8pm and one in every 3 Saturdays working hours 9am-1.45pm


Skills required: 
  • Previous experience in an Admin role
  • Good understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook and written communication
  • Experience working to targets within an admin role would be an advantage
