Our Chef Manager will take part in food preparation, production and presentation.
Delegate roles to other members in the kitchen, to ensure high production levels.
Conduct work to meet the high standards of food and hygiene.
Our chef Manager will require;
Relevant experience working in a fast paced Kitchen environment to a head chef level.
Level 2 food hygiene.
Ability to work as part of a team and managing people within a kitchen environment.
