Chef de Partie – Education Unit

  • Based near Kingston
  • £23,700 starting salary
  • 51 weeks per year + holiday

Chef needed - We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join a team of 9 for a busy Education site in Kingston, catering for roughly 400 covers using fresh ingredients. Working for a renowned Contract Catering company with fantastic career progression.


The role will be working 5 out of 7 days  earliest start of 7am and latest finish of 6pm (eg 7am – 3pm shift or 10 – 6). Looking for a candidate who has an experience of bulk cooking.


The Role of the Chef de Partie (Kingston):

  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Supervising the Commis Chefs
 What you need to get the job of Chef de Partie (Kingston):
  • Experience at Chef De Partie level or a commis chef looking to step up
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
