Recruiting a passionate and talented Chef De Partie for a well established Garden Centre located on the outskirts of Farnham, Surrey to join their brigade.

The Restaurant has 250 seats, the head chef and his team offer a wonderful selection of freshly prepared food, from sumptuous baguettes, crisp salads, delicious homemade soups, mouth watering chef's specials to roast of the day from our carvery and a superb selection of hot and cold desserts.


You will work 5 out of 7 days working straight shifts mainly 9am until 5pm.

The Role of the Chef de Partie in Farnham

 
  •                 Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  •                 Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  •                 Develop and train the other chefs
  •                 Will deputise in the head chef's absence
The Requirements of the Chef de Partie in Farnham
  • Experience at a Chef de Partie level in a similar environment
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent 
  • Passionate about food
 


Salary of £19,000 - £20,000
