I am currently looking for a dedicated, organised Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team, at this beautiful countryside hotel near Honiton.
One of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
A Chef de Partie role like no other. You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen gardens and the local area which can change by the hour.
It can be challenging at times but very rewarding.
As a Chef de Partie you will:
- Oversee one of 4 sections.
- Move between each section to experience all areas of the kitchen.
- You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section.
- Have good people skills.
- Understand health & safety and food hygiene.
Passion is the key to our success, so we want you to be enthusiastic about our food, our animals, the kitchen garden, foraging, and everything you do.
Experience in a similar role is essential as is your own transport due to the hotel being in a rural location.
The annual salary is £22,000 with the addition of points based service charge.
