Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of an award winning contract catering company, with the site based in Bedford.
The company prides itself on staff development through training courses, one to ones with Executive Chefs and work life balance. They are a national company, with a healthy expansion and plenty of potential to progress yourself.
They are looking for a candidate that is has come from a fresh food background, used to a fast paced kitchen - and above all a committed team player.
The role would involve working on a two week schedule - 1 week Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, the second week Monday to Thursday 7am - 3pm.
Working an average of 31 hours per week - 7am - 3pm as above.
Prepping / Cooking for Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.
Working with 90% fresh food.
Supporting the Chef Manager.
Working as part of the team, showing support where needed.
Adhering to company policy on wastage, health and safety & compliance.
Up to date on trend modern day food knowledge.
Good communication & team player.
Certification in food hygiene & safety.
Due to location you must drive.
