Chef de partie - Young and fun team - Italian inspired menu - Independent pub

I am recruiting for a chef de partie to join the kitchen team of this much loved local village pub.  The pub is owned by a young couple who have a passion for great food and great service.  It is also key to them that they only source the finest local ingredients where ever possible.
  • The Role: Chef de Partie
  • The Salary: Up to £24,000 + Approx. £3K Tips
  • The Hours: 48 hours per week
The menu is very much influenced by Italian cuisine and they produce some of the best homemade pizzas in the area, cooked in there Florentine, wood fired pizza oven.

The owner is the head chef and his wife looks after the front of house team.  You will have an excellent chance to develop your chef skills under the head chef and you will be inspired by the Italian peasant style food, making delicious dishes from the most humble of ingredients.   

Due to the location of the pub you are going to need your own transport, although Hungerford train station is 2.5 miles away or about 20 minutes by bicycle.
