Roles & Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound Call Handling
- Handling Queries
- Keeping Accurate Customer Records
- CRM System Use
- Switchboard Transfers
- Basic Data Entry
- Minimum 12 Months Customer Service Experience
- Good Customer Service Skills
