Applicants will need to be flexible to work any days between Monday to Sunday with start times that vary between 5am-8.30am as you will be required to be placed onto a fortnightly rota.
Pay rate begins at £7.84ph with opportunities for career progression and two pay increases, first one being approximately 3 months after start date to £8.51ph and further opportunity for a rise to £9.01ph. There may also be potential to work in other departments should a position become available in the future.
This Call Centre Adviser role provides an excellent opportunity for ongoing weekly work with a company that will provide on-the-job training to enhance skills and experience. Requirements of the role are as follows:
To provide excellent customer service to the customer base at all times.
No cold calling/sales is required.
Be expected to meet targeted KPI's which include call waiting times and call backs.
Must have Customer Service background and Administration experience.
Must be computer literate.
There is opportunity for cross training in other departments for a varied role.
