Our client is a Boutique Hotel ideally situated in the beautiful area of Studland. The Hotel is famous for its modern cuisine and is very popular with locals and tourists. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce of which is grown on site... The client is looking for a Breakfast Chef with proven craft skills and who enjoys using fresh produce. The Chef will be required to work 5/7 days on straight shifts 6am -2pm NO EVENINGS. 

  

Your main responsibilities as Breakfast Chef in Studland will include:

 

"           Running a section within the kitchen

"           Producing dishes to meet the required standard

"           Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

"           To supervise the team when required  

  

What you need to get the Breakfast Chef Job in Studland:
  

"           Experience at Breakfast Chef level

"           Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 

"           Experience cooking with fresh produce at two rosette level but not essential

"           Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  

The Reward:   

"           Up to £22,000 Salary
