Blue Arrow have an excellent opportunity working on behalf of a utility alliance. Using the latest technologies the business aim is to save the business time and money by working on their behalf to lower electric, gas and water bills. 

As a Sales Generator you will contact and qualify potential business clients, you will be responsible for identifying the correct decision maker to discuss their energy and water requirements. As this is an outbound telephone based role so you will need to be comfortable interacting with clients over the phone and leading the conversation.


Your aim is to secure commitment from the customer and obtain relevant documentation in order to pass the lead to the specialist pricing team who will present the customer with options for their business and close the sale.

The business is based in Sheffield with excellent Train and tram links and 5 minutes outside of the centre. 
Parking is available on site.  

Salary:  £16,000 - £20,000 (dependant on experience)

Permanent, full-time

Monday to Friday 9-5pm

There is an opportunity as you develop your knowledge and skills to up skill into the full Energy Consultant/Account Manager role where you will have full responsibility for the customer relationship and the sales cycle.

The key role responsibilities will include:

Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting

Outbound Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections

Manage own workload/call backs via KPI’s (Key performance indicators)

Transferring leads over to an allocated sales closer

Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunity (Build a client portfolio)

Dealing with key decision makers

About you:

You will be a determined highly driven sales person

Knowledge of the energy market desirable

Experience in a sales environment desirable but not essential
