Case Handler – Administrators x 6

Ongoing temporary roles

 

Location: Blackburn

Working Hours: 0800-1600 or 0830 – 1630 Monday-Friday

Salary: £7.95 per hour

 

We are looking for temporary Administration Clerks to join client offices in Blackburn town centre as they work with a respected client in delivering their nationwide administration functions. This is an interesting role where you will have all round responsibility for the delivery of accurate and efficient processing of relevant administration for the business on behalf of a wider medical network. This role supports a wide range of services provided by the client and you will play an important role in its success.

What you will do

  • Provide excellent service to internal colleagues in administering a variety of work across the business


  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards and legislation as directed by Team Leaders and Managers


  • Delivery of a friendly and efficient customer service in addition to the accurate and up to date of relevant paperwork, taking full ownership of the cases


  • Support the wider operations team in the delivery of services to achieve business requirements and assure customer satisfaction


  • Provide information, advice and updates to professionals agencies


  • Deal with incoming mail and other non-telephony queries.


  • Provide a high degree of quality and achieve accuracy benchmarks in everything you do


  • Offer flexibility across multiple disciplines based on the demands of the business

    Your experience will include


  • Basic experience using Microsoft Excel


  • Administration/data entry processing experience


  • Excellent standard of customer interaction and verbal communication skills


  • Positive, upbeat and task oriented when carrying out the activities


  • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and operational SLAs are met
