    Role Overview: Our client is a gastro pub situated in a lovely rural location in the Ringwood area. This pub is a part of a successful pub/restaurant group and they offer great career progression opportunities within the group.  They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. As a Sous Chef you will work 5 out of 7 days per week, on a various shift pattern. Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Sous Chef (Ringwood): To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standardsTo keep all working areas clean and tidy To supervise and motivate the teamTo comply with the pub’s health and safety and food safety legislationsTo monitor portion control, fresh food and dry store orders  What You Need To Be a Successful Sous Chef (Ringwood): Experience at Sous Chef level or a Chef De Partie or looking to step upQualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent Ability to work well under pressureExperience cooking with fresh produce and to a high stan
