    Assistant Manager – Food Led Pub - £18k-£20k   The role: An Assistant Manager is required for an excellent food led pub in Poole.  They serve fresh, locally sourced food and they have several guest rooms.  The pub is part of a group so there are a lot of training and career progression opportunities. As an Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and assist with running the pub.  The successful candidate will work a 44 hour week, 5/7 days, and usually straight shifts.   As Assistant Manager your main duties will be: Assist and deputise in the absence of the General ManagerHands on management of the food led pub Develop, train and motivate the teamManage the cellarAssisting with room bookingsDeal with customer queries and complaintsOrdering and monitoring stock   Candidate requirements: Experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a quality pub or restaurantGood food and drink knowledgeA basic understanding of cellar management and stock orderingA pass
