The role will cover Helpdesk, Switchboard, M&E, Cleaning, Security, Catering, Vending, Waste, Meeting Room Management, Post room, Grounds Maintenance, Stationery, and Archiving & Couriers.Main Duties To ensure the Front of House team maintain a high level of service by managing reception and ensuring that it is appropriately staffed.To ensure the premises are kept secure, safe, well maintained, tidy and stocked with appropriate materials – managing outside contractors as and where necessary.Identifying areas for improvement in delivery of the services and processes, implementing change when required.Meeting regularly with the client within the site to ensure the needs are met, focusing on the client and increasing net promoter score.Health & Safety Cham
