This role would suit candidates who have a passion for customer service and enjoy working with people. The office has on-site parking, canteen and coffee shop and is close to public transport links. Pay Rate:£9.63 per hour + unsociable pay for working certain hours/days Duties include: Being the first point of contact for customer callsAnswering customer inbound calls about general banking enquiriesTelephony rolePromote alternative delivery channels such as Internet Banking ensuring that all customers are aware and have full access to the Bank's complete range of service delivery channels.Maintain a good understanding of Bank's products and services including key features and benefits to advise customers of.
