    Help Desk Operator – Darlington - £7.83 p/hr We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join a telephone based Helpdesk team based in Darlington. The main element of the role involves delivering excellent customer service through answering incoming calls and assisting with queries. The role will also involve responding to emails in a timely manner ensuring excellent written communication. You will be required to answer calls and queries in relation to assisting members opting in and out of pensions, dealing with queries in relation to password resets and getting access to their log ins. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, and hours worked will be provided on a rota basis (between 08:30am – 5:30pm) +Previous experience in a customer service/call centre background is essential. + Must be used to working in a telephone based environment +Must be computer literate +Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. +Able to take on a lot of informat
