    Our client based in Cheltenham are currently recruiting for up to 5 administrators to join their New Business team working within the financial services industryKey tasks include:- Vetting and keying transfer in documentation- Data entry, i.e. paper or electronically- Fielding general enquiries- Outbound calls to IFA’s or Companies, where incomplete documentation has been submitted or where payments need to be queriedSkills required:- Flexibility/able to cope with developing processes and frequent changes in service requirements- Positive approach and can do attitude.  - Team player who is able to raise issues in a constructive manner and adapt as the team and processes continue to develop- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy- Good written and verbal communication skills - Good customer service skills- Good organisation skills and be able to accurately prioritise daily workloadsHours of Work - 0900 - 1730, although on occasions may be required to work from 0730
