    We are looking for Administrative Assistants to work for a number on business outsourcing company.This is a Full Time role on a temp to perm contract. You will need to be able to work in a busy office environment under varying workloads and pressures We are looking for someone who - Has a positive approach and can do attitude - Excellent Attention to detail - Good written and verbal communication skills along with Excellent Customer service - Good working knowledge of Work and Excel - Positive approach and can do attitude Key skills are - Data Entry, Paper or electronically - Vetting and keying transfer in documentation - Fielding general enquiries both internally via CC and externally via PACS - Out bound calls to IFA’s or Companies - Accurately checking expected value to payment received Working Days are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm May be required to start at 7.30 but advanced waring will be given.
