Digital Data provides data and data solutions to Aviva UK. The role acts as the first point of contact for customers who have demand for the Data team and is responsible for routing demand correctly to ensure efficient and effective initial engagement.
Adobe Campaign IT Platform, plays a fundamental role, in supporting the Aviva Strategy, enabling us to capture the Global Customers ‘Moment of truth’ maximising, new business, retention and cross selling enabling a huge step towards; Customer Centricity’ and ‘Not Everywhere’
We are a rapidly evolving Digital IT, Marketing Data Team, embarking upon a tremendously exciting strategic journey to bring to life Aviva’s Global Customer, ambition’s and operating model throughout, 2018/19 along with delivery of the associated, roadmaps.
To ensure we fully support our Customer ambitions in an exciting Digital future. We have amazing support from senior leadership and a serious level of strategic investment.
The purpose of the Engagement Analyst role is to ensure consistent engagement, accurate, planning, scheduling and recharging is in place across Digital Data. This ensures that Portfolio Change items are built in line with Customer, Release and Financial plans and platform development tasks are given the correct priority, to protect Service and our Customer Data.
