A fantastic technical leadership opportunity has arisen in the Global Digital Channels Platform Architecture Team. Aviva Digital has been building out our core Contact Centre Digital capability through a new customer focused platform.
The role holder will be accountable for the definition, delivery and governance oversight of the MyContact platform technology roadmap, strategy and engineering capability. The day to day work will include but is not restricted to:
This is very much a hands-on role where you will work with the development teams on a day to day basis. You will in conjunction with the aligned Software Architect be the technical leaders of this team, you will provide guidance, insight and platform level decision making when required.
