We’re looking for bright sparks who are curious, great at communicating and committed to customer service.
You’ll provide service across digital channels, acting as the voice of Pure Planet as you guide members through our brand new, sustainable proposition. The ideal advisor will take ownership, be flexible and showcase their individuality.
Main responsibilities will include:
● dealing with member’s enquiries via digital channels;● assessing member feedback to improve service;● handling issues and complaints;● communicating in writing to our members queries;● directing members to relevant online support or seeking technical guidance if required;● maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Pure Planet’s product and purpose. Be passionate about our mission!
You’ll be working with a small team of member advisers and operations specialists, and reporting to our Member Service Manager.
You’ll be joining our planet at an early stage - many exciting developments are planned and the role may evolve into diverse areas and functions. You will be able to adapt to change andlove doing things differently. You’ll have the opportunity to help develop our proposition with your commitment to high quality service and natural sense of curiosity. A passion forsustainability and the environment is desirable, but if you are successful you’ll soon be converted!
If you have:● A flexible approach, require minimal supervision, and have the ability to multi-task● experience in working in a customer service environment● knowledge of digital channels to communicate and provide service to customers● knowledge of business, social media, content management, blogs etc.● excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
