In this role you will be a specialist in tax, bereavement and savings queries and you will provide a platform of support to our customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for tax reporting, certificates of interest, foreign account tax compliance act related queries and supporting ISA tasks, such as transfers in and out of Metro Bank.
So what would you be doing?...
• Looking after key deliverables such as account maintenance and transferring ISA’s in and out of Metro Bank
• Performing complex ISA transfers in line with HMRC guidelines and implementing regulatory and mandatory changes
• Handling your own cases from start to finish, making sure there is a single point of contact for all situations
• Making sure operational and regulatory timeframes are followed in order to provide amazing customer service
• Responding to queries escalated by customer facing colleagues

• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Experience of overseeing customer escalations and extensive complaint handling skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid experience of process improvement and streamlining activity
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
