DBF UK LTD (Ringwood) has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Ringwood! You will join us on a part time permanent basis working 29.5 hours per week and receive a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum + £1,200 maximum bonus (£19,200OTE) - pro rata.
About the role
This is both a Part Time Customer Service Advisor, working with one of the fastest growing Insurance companies in the UK. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be assisting new and existing customers in setting up and renewing their insurance policies, and answering any questions they have, via telephone. Working as part of a team, you are measured on the quality of service you provide to the customer, so good customer service skills are essential to be successful in this role. Your job is to delight everyone who you speak to!
Our Customer Service Advisors receive fully paid classroom training and support before you "go live" and begin to support our customers with our company Trainer and Team Managers. There is a singular focus on compliance and quality. The most important thing is the customer and their experience with us. This is essential as we are regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and work within the TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) guidelines.
We are on a mission to insure 1 in 10 people by the year 2020 and our customer service advisors will play an important part in helping us to get here!
Flexible shifts available from a minimum 14.5 - max 30 hours hours per week between the following hours:
Mon - Friday 17.30-21.00
Saturday - 8.00-16.30
Sunday 9.00 -16.30
There is an initial training period (fully paid) of 12 weeks during which the hours will be as follows
Mon - Fri evenings 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm
